• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Returns for non-defective products are not accepted.

• Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.

• Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please report it immediately.

• We will replace the item at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

4. Policy Exceptions

• Custom orders, cut-to-size sheets, or used products cannot be returned.
